We hire people who already know how to work a stadium, a secure site or a live incident — then we train them on our C-UAS stack. Most roles are field operators supporting drone protection for business.
Deploy in a rapid response vehicle for training grounds, matchdays and events. Run detection, brief venue security, and execute the agreed stop method. Former police or military background and Blue Light Card preferred. See how operators work.
Own the air picture for a camp, a tournament or a multi-day event. Liaise with club security, promoters and police. Experience running teams on live sites required.
Keep RF, radar and capture hardware serviceable between jobs. UK-based workshop and field call-outs. Comfortable with radios, vehicles and quiet professional venues.
If you have a background that fits and we have not listed the role, still write. We grow the bench as contracts land — daily cover means we need reliable people, not a mailing list of strangers.
Email support@defendthesky.com with a short note, location, and whether you can do daily or event-only cover.
