Questions
Drone protection for business — FAQ
Straight answers on detection, anti-drone options, football cover and how quotes work. Nothing here is legal advice for a specific site.
What is drone protection for business?
It is a counter-UAS service for organisations, not hobbyists. SkyShield detects unauthorised drones, locates the pilot, and can stop the aircraft with lawful methods such as net capture. See drone protection for business.
What does “anti drone protection for businesses” include?
Sensing, classification, pilot geolocation, operator response, and a pre-agreed stop method. The stack is described on anti-drone protection. We do not sell a detector and walk away.
Can you put operators on site daily?
Yes. Former police and military officers can sit on site every day in rapid response vehicles. Daily cover is a custom quote — how operators work.
Is anti-drone jamming legal for a UK business?
Jamming and many kinetic tools are tightly controlled. Each quote states what we can lawfully do at that location. For most commercial venues the working tools are detection, identification and net capture.
Do you protect football training as well as matchdays?
Yes. Closed-door sessions, academy sites and stadium days are all in scope. Clubs usually want to stop aerial filming of tactics. Details on football drone protection.
Can you cover concerts and festivals?
Yes. Crowd-safe methods come first over people. See event drone security.
How does drone detection differ from anti-drone?
Detection finds the UAV and often the pilot. Anti-drone is the authorised next step. Many clients buy both. Read drone detection.
How do I get a quote?
Email support@defendthesky.com or use the contact form. Include site, dates and whether you need daily operators.
Do you invent reviews or ratings?
No. We do not publish fake star ratings or testimonials. If a review appears on this site it is from a named client who agreed to it.
